    In case of damage, you should only take your product to our offices (the address is on the invoice).

    Since the customer is our main commitment, we strive to give the best guarantee.

    Depending on the manufacturer's support (each brand has a different warranty policy that ranges from having a full warranty to not giving a warranty), we do the following, in this order:

    1. We fully manage the warranty with the manufacturer, we bear all shipping and return costs for the corresponding country.
    2. We send to order a new product.

Warranty claim procedure

Take or send your product freight prepaid to our administrative offices located at the address described in the invoice, attaching a note describing the problem of the item, the photocopy of the invoice and the terms and conditions sheet of the guarantee provided by the manufacturer.
  • Your pack shipment

    • Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
    • Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
